My main rules:
1. No illegal porn (CHILD PORN, Zoo, Rape, Incest).
2. No illegal content.
3. No blind links.
4. NO templates. No Consols, pop up, windows or opening another browser window are allowed.
5. Choose the correct category for your submission.
6. Only 3 links out to sponsors per page or "other" links per page.
7. Free site must contain minimum 20 pictures in at least 2 galleries.
8. I do not accept banner farms.
9. Don`t use more then 2 links per recip block.
